Acupuncture still Rocks

In the Jiyū world, feeling good on the outside(in the cutest clothes no doubt) is as important as feeling good on the inside. And for us that does not means running to the medical doctor for a prescription at the first sign of imbalance. Always a fan of alternative medicine, we love what acupuncture does for the body, mind and spirit so we want to share a few women in Los Angeles doing awesome work in this field.

Just so we are all clear, acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force known as qi or chi believed to flow through pathways or meridians in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.

 WellStream Acupuncture
Cindy Albon spends time getting to know each patient, and tracking their progress with the acupuncture sessions.
Cindy’s specialty is acupuncture for fertility and these projects are her favorites. She likes helping her clients feel and look better plus the chance to help them conceive thru fertility acupuncture sessions. She believes it makes the delivery easier for the mother.
She has a gentle style using the finest needles, using her own chi and intention. Patients really feel the chi in treatments as opposed to other acupuncturists they have received acupuncture from. Intention is key.
